    Hi! I am Christy Garcia, and I have been a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina for 18 years. I work with children, teens, adults, and families and specialize in the areas of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, and problem sexual behavior in children.  

    ¡Hola! Soy Christy Garcia y he sido Consejera Clínica de Salud Mental con licencia en Carolina del Norte durante 18 años. Trabajo con niños, adolescentes, adultos y familias, y me especializo en las áreas de estrés, ansiedad, depresión, trauma, crianza y conductas sexuales problemáticas en niños.

    -Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy  for School Age children (PSB-CBT S) certified

    -Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) trainer

    -Question Persuade Refer (QPR) trainer
